Every so often we here a news story about a property owner being challenged on displaying the US flag on his or her own property.  I think that its past time for an ammendment to the US Constitution to be created that protects the right of any citizen of the United States of America to openly display the Star-Spangled Banner in or on one's own property in accordance with the US flag code. This right that shall not be infringed by any state or local government or homeowners association.    I invite any comments any others may have.
