I'm 40,000 miles old!!
2 salutes

This XXVIIII day of the X month in the year 2008 A.D. I've learned that I'm 40,000 miles old.  Before that 0 mile in 2005, I didn't really live like this!!  I existed for 36 years before realizing.  I did live for 4 years during that time serving my country that taught me how to survive and be worthy to my counterparts; human and the world.  I had friends yeah, and I still have them too.  Now I have several hundred because we share a common interest that is proud, noble and mostly responsible; and many of them only because we passed each other on the road and waved.  How many people just wave at you because you're on the road with them?  You're lucky not to get shot because you're driving too slow.  Thank you to all of the riders out there!!  If all drivers once rode a motorcycle, the term 'road rage' wouldn't even exist.

I can remember when I had only 40,000 miles under my belt. I've long since forgoten the miles I've riden and in It's place, the mission I'm on. I'm Vice Director for ALR533 Bastrop, Tx. and what I do now is find ways to help those less fortunate than me. Tey are not hard to find, just look around, they are every where. Our goal now is welcoming back the Iraq Troops and letting them know how much we care for what they have tried to do for us.
