The thing that nobody ever talks about are the policies themselves. Think about it...Why do immigrants NEED to come here illegally? Because the process of immigrating legally is incredibly long, slow and bureaucratic. With the methods for obtaining a green card visa being so demanding, it is not surprising that so many enter illegally. I believe that revamping this process would be a great way to approach this issue...
