I don't think his intention is to "attend". It's more like "crash". As a member of the Patriot Guard Riders, I have not yet seen any of Phelps' scum at the funerals of our fallen heros here in the Spokane WA area, but I have stood in the flag lines just the same, ready to shield the families of those hero's from his hate. I have seen the news footage of his followers and their demonstrations. It is nauseating to see little kids that consumed by hate,and not have a clue what they are hating.
