Right>family privacy is the issue; not freedom speech for Phelps

There is no need to make any laws that prevent such by Phelps & his church! The U.S. Const. under the 1st, 4th,9th Amend. protect the right of privacy of individuals & groups (families); therefore Phelps & his followers should be arrested for a federal criminal act of constitutional violations of right of privacy of that deceased veteran's, KIA, retired, or other death status military person's family! The right of family privacy & respect should outweight any other! GWW
