These points should be conveyed to Congress and the President

These key issues must be addressed by the Congress and the President in specific terms to make health care reform truly meaningful. Can the Legion send the Congress and the President and demand ALL these key points to be addressed in the bills both in the House and the Senate? Short of any one of these would be business as usual.
