Leave it to some schools to somehow make tuition more confusing by adding "fees" and things of that nature (big corporations still refuse to consider their consumers). I'm glad that the GI Bill got that straightened out so that military friendly schools (such as http://www.saintleo.com) can get the full funding to help students achieve their educational goals.
