Chicago is as safe as any other metropolitan city....It is when you enter a drug infested community that has NO regard for human life at O'DARK Hundred that you would wind up in harms way! The violence and murder you hear about is criminals killing criminals. When will the communities start standing up to internal crime, gang actions, and drug infestation? God Save this Country?
