Many people don't realize that spending money in the short run can lead to great, long-term gains. Although concerns about big government spending remain rampant, bills such as the 9/11 GI Bill and the Air Force AU-ABC program enable our military veterans, who are correctly billed as having special and specific skills, to financially afford an education that will result in them contributing positively to our economy.
