AMERICAN VETERAN: Concurrent Receipt is currently a step-in model. All VSOs have called for an immediate change to full concurrent receipt. What are your feelings on this issue? PRESIDENT OBAMA: I support immediately and completely ending the veterans disability tax and providing full concurrent receipt of retirement and disability benefits.
