In the wake of the new policy on cutting down on military expenditure made by the US, there is a turmoil the world over on what and how things are actually going to be. A documentary, The World Without US which I was watching is a quick overview of the state of the world today, and a quick history lesson in how things have been going for the last 20 years or so, followed by a few things that seem very likely to occur if America decided to pull all of its military bases out of foreign countries.
